Transformations overview
Itential Platform uses JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) to transfer serialized data. These transfers can happen within a single Itential Platform application, between Platform applications, or between Itential Platform and external applications. When endpoints have different data formatting requirements, Itential Platform uses JSON Schema Transformations (JSTs) to bridge them.
