All search criteria including filters, sorting, pagination, and selected columns are built into the URL. You can bookmark or share URLs to preserve specific views and search results.

Quick filters

Use the buttons at the top of the table for instant filtering:

  • Running Manual Tasks:
    • Shows only tasks requiring user action
    • Automatically applies “Include Tasks” and “Running” status filters
    • Filters out all jobs to show only tasks
    • Deselects other quick filters
  • Errored Jobs:
    • Displays all jobs and tasks with error status
    • Automatically applies “Job (root)”, “Job (child)”, and “Error” status filters
    • Deselects other quick filters

Only one quick filter can be active at a time. Modifying any other filter will automatically deactivate the quick filter.

Add and remove columns

Open column menu

Click the column icon (three bars) on the top-left of the table

Select columns

Select or deselect columns from the dropdown menu to customize which columns are included in your table display

Reorder columns

Click and drag a column to reorder the columns in your table display

Column filtering

Each column provides specific filtering options. When you select multiple filter options within a column or across columns, results must match all selected criteria (AND logic).

Type Filter

  • Select one or more: Root Job, Child Job, Task Manual, Task Operation, Task Automatic

Status Filter

  • Choose from available statuses
  • Multiple selections allowed
  • Visual indicators match table styling (colored dots)

Workflow Filter

  • Pre-populated list based on current environment
  • Search functionality to narrow options
  • Multiple selections allowed

Time-Based Filters

  • Elapsed Time: Filter by “Shorter Than” or “Longer Than”
  • Start or End Time: Filter by “Before” or “After” specific dates

Sorting data

Click column headers to sort table entries in ascending or descending order by the selected column value.

Refreshing data

  • Click the refresh icon to update table data without page reload
  • Data updates automatically when you perform new searches or update selected filters

Global search

  • Location: Top-right corner of the table
  • Purpose: Search by Job ID (exact match required)
  • Usage: Enter complete Job ID for precise results
