If your organization has licensed Itential Platform Cloud, you have access to one or more Itential Platform environments. Your environments are listed under Orchestration → Environments in the sidebar.

Access an environment

Log in to Cloud Hub

Sign in to Cloud Hub.

Locate your environment

Find the desired environment on the Environments page.

Launch the environment

Click the Launch icon. The environment UI opens in a new browser tab.

Restart an environment

Restarting applies recent configuration changes to your environment. This process typically takes several minutes to complete.

During a restart:

  • Your environment remains accessible.
  • Some long-running jobs or tasks may be affected.

Locate your environment

Find the desired environment on the Environments page.

Open the Modify Instance window

Click the Name or Id of the instance.

Initiate the restart

Click Restart. Type the displayed environment name in the confirmation field. A success banner appears when the restart process is successfully initiated.

Verify after restart

After the restart completes, verify that your jobs and tasks completed successfully.
