This breaking change applies to the 2023.2 Itential Platform release.

Service Manager UI removed (2023.2.0)

The entire Service Management UI has been removed from Itential Platform and is no longer available on the home screen or via the app menu. The following app-service_management views are no longer manually accessible via URL or displayed in the Admin Essentials custom role dialog:

/service_management/list
/service_management/instances
/service_management/form
/service_management/cloned_form
/service_management/edit
/service_management/deviceConfigDialog
/service_management/outOfSyncDialog
/service_management/dryRunDialog

What should I do?

Confirm all custom applications and adapters are unaffected by this removal. Contact the Product Support Team if you need additional information or assistance.
