This section contains release notes for Itential Platform 2023.2. Each release page lists the enhancements, bug fixes, and security updates included in that version.

Release types

Itential Platform 2023.2 uses a calendar-based versioning scheme in the format YEAR.QUARTER.MAINTENANCE:

  • Feature releases (for example, 2023.2.0) introduce new capabilities, enhancements, and architectural changes. The .0 suffix identifies a feature release.
  • Maintenance releases (for example, 2023.2.2, 2023.2.3, and so on) deliver targeted bug fixes, enhancements, and security patches on top of the feature release.

Each release page is tagged to help you quickly identify what kind of changes it contains.
