Verify Config task removed

The verifyConfig API has been removed from app-mop (Template Builder) in Platform 6. This API was a manual task called by Workflow Builder to manually validate dry-run outputs in NSO.

As a replacement, validate device configurations against a Network Element Driver (NED) by calling the API from app-nso_manager. For additional information, see:
