Itential Cloud October 2026 adds Markdown formatting in the Agent Builder prompt editor. Insights and Job Viewer include fixes for link resolution, event accuracy, and task status processing.

Markdown formatting in Agent Builder prompts

Agent Builder now renders Markdown formatting in the prompt editor. Headers, bulleted lists, numbered lists, and other Markdown formatting display as you write, not only in the read-only view. You can review the structure of a prompt while you edit it.

Other improvements

  • FlowAI APIs for Transformations in Operations Manager: Transformations are now available through the Operations Manager API, continuing the expansion of FlowAI APIs.
  • FlowAI Agent Complex Inputs: Agents can now accept objects, arrays, booleans, and mixed data types for more structured inputs.
  • URL Encoding Parity for Integrations: Integrations now handle URL-encoded values consistently.
  • Decorator Improvements: Override tool descriptions and schemas independently, with a new schema editor for easier configuration.
  • Restrict Run Code Task Execution to Admin-Designated Gateway Clusters: Admins can restrict Run Code execution to approved gateway clusters.
