Breaking Change Notice
The following is a breaking change in the 2023.2 Itential Platform release.
Service Manager UI Removed (2023.2.0)
The entire Service Management UI is removed from the Itential Platform and no longer available on the home screen or via app menu. In conjunction, the following app-service_management views are no longer manually accessible via URL or displayed in the Admin Essentials custom role dialog:

/service_management/form
/service_management/cloned_form
/service_management/edit

What should I do?
Please confirm all custom applications and adapters are unaffected by this removal. Please contact the Product Support Team if you need additional information or assistance.
