PIAG-911	When searching Nornir modules or exploring Nornir inventory groups, the IAG UI would become non-responsive.
PIAG-980	API calls to external inventory can have a long duration, leading the user to think that the application is non-responsive. User Experience (UX) was improved by adding a spinner to UI sidebar to indicate an actively loading state.
