Installing the Itential Automation Services Application

This article provides instructions on how to successfully install the Itential Automation Services ServiceNow application.

System Requirements

System requires an Itential Instance running on the following supported versions:

Navigate to the ServiceNow Store and type "Itential Automation Services" in the search query.
Click the Itential Automation Services option.
Click the "GET" option on the top right of the page.
If prompted, login to ServiceNow.

Once you have installed the application, it will be visible on the ServiceNow platform. You can confirm the installation by:

First name must have atleast 2 characters. Numbers and special characters are not allowed.

Last name must have atleast 1 characters. Numbers and special characters are not allowed.

Logout
