Installing the Itential Automation Services Application

System Requirements

System requires an Itential Instance running on the following supported versions:

  • Itential Automation Platform version [2021.x, 2022.x, 2023.x]
  • Itential Cloud Services.
  • Itential’s free trial instances.

How to Install

  1. Navigate to the ServiceNow Store and type "Itential Automation Services" in the search query.

  2. Click the Itential Automation Services option.

  3. Click the "GET" option on the top right of the page.

  4. If prompted, log in to ServiceNow.

How to Verify the Installation

Once you have installed the application, it will be visible on the ServiceNow platform. You can confirm the installation by:

  • Typing "Itential" in the ServiceNow search query.
  • Checking through the ServiceNow Application Manager.
