How to Trigger an IAP Automation

This article provides instructions on how to trigger an IAP automation using the Itential Automation Services app within the ServiceNow platform.

1. Click the All tab option.

2. Select Itential Automation Service under the Itential drop-down.

3. Select from the drop-down lists to apply the options given.
   Note: Follow the order provided.

   (a) Choose Instance.

   (b) Choose Automation.

   (c) Choose Trigger.

4. Provide the data in the dynamic form that appears after you select the trigger. This data is specific to the trigger you selected.

5. Click the Run Automation icon to complete the form.
