Breaking Change Notice

The dryRun and viewDryRun manual tasks have been removed from the 2023.2 IAP release version.

Use the dry run functionality of the testInstances task followed by the ViewData manual task.

Replacement API	Description
`testInstances`	Calculates the minimum device configuration commands required to save new service instances or update existing service instances.
`viewData`	Displays a message with runtime data.
