Workflow Validation for Scheduled Tasks

This alert applies to the 2022.1 release version.

Additional workflow validation has been added to both the GEN 1 and GEN 2 Automation Builder to improve the functionality of scheduled tasks. Scheduled tasks in a workflow are now required to have a valid run window defined before saving the workflow.

If you attempt to save a workflow containing a scheduled task and there is no defined run window, the workflow will be saved as a Draft. An error message will also be displayed indicating that a run window must be set (enabled) with at least one day selected. Once the run window days are enabled, the scheduled task can run.
