This is an update to Itential's July Maintenance Release to fix to fix issues in IAP for a regression that was introduced in a prior release versions(IAP/2023.2.4).

This maintenance release patch includes fixes for bugs that were reported to Itential Product Support.

ENG-3007	JSON Transformation (JST) methods that take an array as input were returning an error. Updated the optimization steps in JST to ensure steps are re-ordered correctly prior to running the transformation.
