2022.1.28 Maintenance Release

This maintenance release of IAP includes fixes for bugs that were reported to Itential Product Support.

Key ID	Release Note
ENG-52	Users were not being prompted to confirm if they wanted to delete an asset that was being referenced elsewhere. The broken endpoint was fixed to return all references of an asset.
ENG-801	Dynamic dropdowns with multi-select were not allowed to use custom labels. This is no longer restricted.
ENG-1955	JSON Forms with field dependency in a multi-select dropdown were not working. This issue is now fixed.
ENG-2876	The description for the getWorkflows task was potentially confusing users on the correct format to use. The description was updated to clarify the necessary formats for interacting with getWorkflows via task or HTTP query.
ENG-2956	Importing a Golden Configuration through pre-builts was inconsistent with directly importing it via Configuration Manager. Devices and Device Groups are no longer imported when importing a pre-built Golden Configuration.
ENG-2974	Importing a Golden Configuration through pre-builts was inconsistent with directly importing it in Configuration Manager. Devices and Device Groups are no longer imported when importing a pre-built Golden Configuration.
ENG-4698	When selecting a dropdown from within the Configure:Options of a JSON form dynamic dropdown, automation studio crashed. Temporarily changed the `data-url` format to `url` format so that `json-schema-faker` will recognize it and not throw an error.
