Use these keyboard shortcuts to navigate IAP 2023.1 and perform a variety of operations.

General

• Save Workflow: CMD/CTRL + S
• Run Workflow: SHIFT + R
• Undo: CMD/CTRL + Z
• Redo: SHIFT + CMD/CTRL + Z
• Show Task Palette: SHIFT + T
• Zoom In: +
• Zoom Out: -
• Zoom to Default: 0
• Zoom to Fit: 9
• Zoom to Selection: SPACE
• Paste: CMD/CTRL + V
• Show/Hide Grid: SHIFT + G
• Diagram Scroll: up | | down | | left | | right | | pageUp | | pageDown | | home | | end

Single Task Selected

• View Task Details: ENTER
• Copy: CMD/CTRL + C
• Duplicate: CMD/CTRL +D
• Delete: BACKSPACE || DELETE

Single Transition Selected

• Error: E
• Failure: F
• Success: S
• Loop: L
• Delete: BACKSPACE | | DELETE

Multiple Transitions Selected

• Delete: BACKSPACE | | DELETE

Multiple Items (At least 1 task with or without transitions) Selected
