Article Summary

A new feature flag was added to Operations Manager to help users who are accustomed to seeing all running jobs and automations, including the workflow canvas, as it is being worked. When this feature is enabled, it displays the workflow within the Job Details view. Users can also enlarge the workflow canvas for better visualization.

  1. Navigate to IAPAdmin Essentials.
  2. Expand the Applications menu.
  3. Select Operations Manager to display the Properties Configuration tab.
  4. If a blank screen displays, toggle the “Advanced View” switch on the right to open the configuration editor.
  5. Add the maximizeJobTasksOnLoad property (Figure 1).
  6. Set the property flag (boolean) to true. The default value is false.
