Add New Indexes (2022.1.10)

A new accounts.username and groups.username index was recently added to the active profile in Admin Essentials. Adding each index optimizes query performance in MongoDB for current users.

Note:

For large datasets in MongoDB, you may see some degradation in the query response time while MongoDB builds the index.

To add the indexes to your environment:

Access Admin Essentials (IAP → Admin Essentials).
Navigate to the Active Profile → Indexing tab.
Locate accounts and groups under the Collection column header (Core Application).
Click the Run Indexing button (►) for each collection, respectively, to add the new index.
Under the TOTAL IAP INDEXES column, verify there are three (3) accounts collection and four (4) groups collection indexes.
