The Job Metrics dashboard is a hub for analyzing time savings and performance statistics for automations.
The Overview Widget is the entry point into Job Metrics. From here users can browse previously-run workflows and view basic metrics. Users can open the detailed metrics for each workflow, or open them in Automation Studio.

The main controls of the Overview Widget are referenced in the table below.
Figure 2: Overview Widget Controls
|1||Workflow Name Filter||Search for a workflow by name.|
|2||Job Window Filter||Filter workflows and their metrics by a run window in the past week, past month, or other specified time.|
|3||Column Sorting||Click on a column header (Workflow, Jobs Run, Time Saved) to sort the workflow results by that column.|
|4||Pie Chart Metric||Change the column data to display in the pie chart (e.g., jobs run or time saved).|
|5||Pagination||View additional workflow results by navigating to the next page, or increase the page size.|
The Details Dialog shows detailed metrics data for an individual workflow. From here, users can delve into more specific time savings and performance metrics for the workflow. Users can also view performance data on individual tasks within the workflow.

Setting Up Savings Metrics
In order to track metrics such as time saved and SLA target percentage, some additional input is needed for each workflow.
Figure 5: Savings Metrics
Open Automation Studio.
Open the workflow you would like to track savings metrics for.
Click the View metadata option from the stacked dots menu icon in the top-right.
Figure 6: View Metadata
Set the Pre-Automation Time and SLA Per Workflow fields using the time wheel and click Save.
Field Name Description Pre-Automation Time The time it would take for the workflow to perform and complete its work without the use of IAP. For example, for a router upgrade workflow, how long it would take for a technician to manually upgrade a router? SLA Per Workflow The maximum time the workflow should reasonably take to complete.
