Setting Up Permissions

This article will provide instruction on how to set up permissions on the Itential Automation Services ServiceNow application.

How to Set Up New Permissions

1. Click the IAP Instances Config tab.

2. Click the New option located at the top right of the page.

3. Fill in the required fields on the New Record table.

4. Click Submit to apply the newly created role .

How to Edit Permissions

1. Click the IAP Instances Config tab.

2. Choose an instance from the list of available instances to edit permissions for a particular instance.

Note: You may add permissions by user, just type the user's name in the search query.

3. Fill in the required fields on the IAP Instances table.

4. Click the Update option to apply the changes.
