# Create a collection's indexes in mongo

POST http://localhost:3000/indexes/{collection}

Creates all pre-defined indexes for a specific collection.

## Authentication

- `Authorization` header (basic auth, required) — Basic authentication of the form `Basic <base64(username:password)>`.

## Request

### Path parameters

- `collection` (string, required) — The name of a collection in Mongo.

## Response

### 200

The current status of the index creation process.

- `unchanged` (integer, optional)
- `changed` (integer, optional)
- `total` (integer, optional) — The total number of documents
- `running` (boolean, optional)

## Errors

### 500 Internal Server Error
