Orchestration Environments

If your organization has licensed the Itential Platform, you will have access to one or more Itential Platform (2023.1.0) environments. The environments you have access can be found by selecting Orchestration → Environments from the portal sidebar.

Launching an Environment

To start working inside of a specific Itential Platform environment:

1. Locate the desired environment in the Environments page.
2. Click the Launch icon; the UI of the environment will open in a new web browser tab.

Restarting an Environment

Sometimes you will need to restart an environment, such as to pick up changes to Adapter configurations. To restart an environment:

1. Locate the desired environment in the Environments page.
2. Click the Name or Id of the instance. The Modify Instance window will open.
3. From the Modify Instance window, click the Restart icon; a confirmation modal will appear.
4. Click the Restart button at the bottom-left corner of the modal. A success banner will display when the restart process has been successfully initiated.
