IAG5 is a rather simple to use CLI tool to create, manage, deploy, maintain, and serve automations as services. If you need to open a support ticket, you will need an Itential Service Desk (ISD) access account. To request access to the Itential Service Desk, contact your Itential representative.

Customers with a Service Desk account can reach the Itential Product Support team using their Customer Portal link.
