The Admin Portal inside Itential Cloud for Automation is a secure, self-serve web-based interface that gives administrators access to the account tools and information they need to manage how the cloud instance under their control is accessed across their organization's Automation Service.
About This Guide
This guide provides the information you need to access and navigate the Admin Portal. This guide covers:
- How to log into the Admin Portal.
- How to navigate the UI and perform management actions from My Account.
- How to use the downloads feature.
- How to manage users, groups and roles, including permissions.
Logging Into Your Account
To start, follow these steps to log in to your Itential Cloud account:
- Go to https://hub.itential.io/login and enter your Organization ID and then click Continue
- Click the Sign In button for the Organization ID that's displayed. If you enter the wrong Organization ID, you can change it by clicking Change.
- Next, enter your username and password and click Sign In - or follow the SSO process, if enabled.
Immediately after you login, you will be taken to the Itential Cloud portal page.
If you do not know your Organization ID, or you get "insufficient permissions" errors on login, please contact your Itential Cloud administrator.
If you do not have an Itential Cloud account, click Create one from the initial sign-in page to submit a request. You will be directed to an Itential web form. Complete the form and click Get Started at the bottom of the form.
After submitting the request form, you will then receive an email invitation with your Organization ID and a link to verify and finish setting up your account. Follow the instructions in the email.
