The default user and password values are admin@pronghorn and admin.
- IAP can only configure one AAA adapter at a time.
- Consequently, user might not be able to login with default username and password if using LDAP or Azure adapter.
- If using LDAP or Azure, check connection between IAP and to the AD server.
Check if software dependencies are up and running.
Check OS and browser compatibility.
Check user/group role and privilege access.
Review sign-in error logs.
