User Cannot Log In

Follow the checklist below when you encounter login problems.

  • The default user and password values are admin@pronghorn and admin.
    • Itential Platform can only configure one AAA adapter at a time.
    • Consequently, user might not be able to login with default username and password if using LDAP or Azure adapter.
    • If using LDAP or Azure, check connection between Itential Platform and to the AD server.
  • Check if software dependencies are up and running.
  • Check OS and browser compatibility.
  • Check user/group role and privilege access.
  • Review sign-in error logs.
  • If unable to determine login failure reason, please contact the Product Support Team for additional troubleshooting help.
