Breaking Change Notice
In the 2023.2 Itential Platform release, RabbitMQ is no longer a dependency and the following two libraries are no longer included within IP:
- audit-trail
- event-system
This change is a direct result of switching the 2023.2 Itential Platform environment to using BullMQ for all its messaging queues.
What should I do?
Although not relevant for the majority of installations, please test and confirm all custom applications and adapters are unaffected by the removal of these libraries.
Moreover, please remove RabbitMQ from your environments unless it is necessary for purposes other than Itential Platform.
